Students from KS5L had the opportunity to make a vegetarians meal as part of one of their ASDAN modules. The students chose to make a broccoli and pea pasta with a homemade cheese sauce. The students made their own garlic butter for their garlic bread followed by a homemade cornflake tart with custard.
Students learned how to roll pastry, chop vegetables, boil pasta, melt ingredients for the cornflake tart.
