The students in KS3S enjoyed an end of term Easter egg hunt. They searched for the eggs and then enjoyed opening them up to find some of their favourite treats and snacks inside!

Students loved visiting the park and having lunch at the cafe.

They used their own money and ordered their food independently.

All students practiced safety skills in the community and were impeccably behaved.

Casey from KS4C has been working with her VI Tutor Claire.

Casey is continuing to work on her Braille which is another form of communication and will help towards her future Independence.

Amelia worked really hard to create her own t-shirt for the last day in school before we break up for Easter.

Students in KS4C took part in a discussion about Autism, they each played a part on how different things make them feel. Great team work by all.

Pupils in KS4L used their independence skills to get the bus to the Concourse.

Pupils: waited for the bus, scanned their bus passes, navigated around the Concourse and followed a shopping list.

Pupils were very responsible and fantastic role models.

Students in KS4W had a discussion during careers week about different jobs available to us in the future. We talked about our local shopping centre and what jobs people might do in there. We then used the school bus to visit the Concourse, and talk to some of the people in there and find out what…

KS4W spent a lovely morning in the sunshine riding the bikes. Students took turns on different bikes and used communication skills to follow the tracks around the MUGA.

Students worked hard today and danced to lots of songs including YMCA. After that, they practiced yoga skills to develop core strength and suppleness.
