On Thursday 10th October it was World Mental Health Day.
The students across school were invited to take part in a Big Draw in the conference room. The students from 3A loved contributing to such a big piece of art and enjoyed engaging with the students from across the Key Stage. We enjoyed talking about the different pictures we could see and the things we could draw that make us happy. We spoke about the colours we were using and telling each other more information about the different things that make us happy.
The students in 3A loved this so much that today we chose to do our own Big Draw as a class. Paper was placed on the table so that the students could all fit around. They chose pens or pencils to draw things that they love; these included YouTube, diamonds, wipeout, our family members and cartoons.
